You know your home. We know the market. Together, we can tailor a sales and marketing strategy that says the right things to the right people.

TIME FOR A TIDY

To you, it looks ‘lived in’. To buyers, it’s clutter that makes your home seem too small. So before our photographer visits, shove everything you can into cupboards or consider renting some storage space.

STAY IN THE LOOP

Communication is key to the whole process. So we always tell you about upcoming viewings along with any feedback and, of course, the offers.

THE NEGOTIATING STAGE

Here’s where you accept or turn down an offer, or go back with a counter-offer. We’ll be on hand to help and advise.

THE LEGAL STUFF

The title search, property survey, questionnaires and contracts. All dull but necessary. Again, we’ll be around to help things progress.

AND OFF YOU GO

A day of frenzied activity. You complete the sale, hand over the keys, transfer the funds, dust behind the fridge, move out… I’ll be there to greet the new owners with tea and biscuits. Hopefully, there’ll be a similar welcome at your new home.
