Here’s Chris, our founder. He worked with major high street estate agency brands for over 30 years, amassing a wealth of local knowledge. Then he had an idea of doing things slightly differently. Where success is measured by the width of someone’s smile as much as by figures on a balance sheet. Thus, Hound & Porter was born.

With over 15 years as a sales and marketing director specialising in new homes, she combines industry knowhow with a flair for inspired ideas that can change how you see a property’s potential.
DECADES OF EXPERIENCE
You’d be hard pushed to find anyone with quite as much knowledge as Peter when it comes to property development. He originally trained as an architect, developing such an eye for detail that he can find inventive solutions that give buildings that little something extra. He has spent the last 30 years at one of the most respected property developers in the country, and now applies all that expertise at our boutique estate agency.
