Selina joined Downs Solicitors LLP in 2022 as Senior Associate and has worked in the residential property sector for over 15 years. She has considerable experience in dealing with all elements of residential property and has acted for many private individuals dealing with transactional conveyancing matters as well as handling overseas and UK investors in building their property portfolio.
To give you an idea of the transactions she undertakes regularly, these include: Leasehold and Freehold sales/purchases; remortgages; transfer of equity; new build properties; transfers of part; sales of properties on behalf of Executors/Attorneys.
Selina has particular expertise in handling leasehold and new build transactions – which includes matters where the recent introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022 applies.
Outside of work, Selina’s favourite place to be is at her local beach in Chichester and enjoys long walks with her wife and two small dogs – typically on a Sunday this will end in a pub lunch.
